Testimonials

‘One to one counselling has been invaluable to me. I managed to speak comfortably to a counsellor for the first time. I’ve tried face to face counselling over the years several times and I was sitting in anxious silence for most of the sessions. I have come a good way to feeling better as a direct result of your one to one counselling.’

‘The programme gave me knowledge about depression and anxiety, especially the symptoms of these mental issues. From that, I learned that I was just sick, I could get better and defeated the issues. My counselor was very professional and helpful. He knew how to approach me without tearing me apart like others did so I could open up myself for the first time in my life’
