Additional Information

At your first session an assessment will be carried out, you will be asked to complete a Client Information and Consent form and your sessions will be arranged.

Prior to commencing your sessions,please read additional information regarding our Online Counselling Service and our Online Counselling Policy.

How Much will It Cost?

If you are resident in Ireland you may be entitled to FREE sessions. the HSER allocates funding that allows us to provide a limited number of FREE sessions to Irish reesidents.

For all other members,sessions cost €30 or €25 per session for Chat and Video sessions.E-mail sessions cost €30 or €25 for one substantial exchange or 3 short emails. Payment is requested by your therapist in advance of each session and you will be directed where to pay.Clients may also choose to pay in advance for their complete programme of sessions.

Should you be in a position to pay then please select the paid subsidised option as all fees received go directly to the provision of services .Subsidised sessions cost €20/€20.

Funding permitted and depending on member's personal circumstances, member outside of this jurisdiction may be offered free or subsidised sessions at our discretion, so please apply.
