"I only recently started using this site. Little over a week ago and completed my first online counselling session. I wasn’t sure what to expect but did find the session to help my mood and helped me put certain anxieties into prospective. I took on what my counsellor said and for the week have been refocusing my thoughts even though some days were harder than others. I’m looking forward to continuing with the sessions. My only thought with this site is it feels like it’s some what dated? Not a lot of newer posts on here? I think this site could have a massive influence in helping the lives and mental health of others if it felt slightly more “present”. That’s just my thoughts. But for me now I’m greatful to be given the opportunity to carry on with my private sessions. I still feel anxious but I’m hopeful with this"
